Completed transaction forms, supporting documents, and identification copies are maintained using secure online document-storage and business systems. Access is limited to KPM and service providers that need access to operate those systems or support the transaction. We retain these records for as long as reasonably necessary to document the transaction and satisfy applicable legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and recordkeeping requirements.
Information from other people
